We work only with owners with whom we have direct contact and trust, so that we can give you the distinctive and memorable experience you deserve.
Although we plan and organize all services for the land portion of your trip, we can make personal and experienced suggestions on which airline may serve the most convenient airport to your accommodation.

You choose the level of service you need, ranging from a simple initial consultation to custom itineraries for self-drive tours, to in-depth planning and organizing the details of your visit. Local personal concierge assistance can even include the availability of daily contact through an iPad with internet connection. We are available for you throughout your stay to offer any assistance and support needed all to make your experience the best it can possibly be.

Levels Of Concierge Services
Consultation
It all starts with a phone call or email exchange, a free consultation in which we learn about your vacation goals and the size and requirements of your party. Thereafter, there is a $500 consultation fee* for longer and deeper discussions about your travel needs, which will be fully deducted from your itinerary costs if you wish to use our full planning service.
Itinerary Planning
Presenting these best overall fit properties and developing your unique itinerary requires an investment of time to do the proper research and obtain impeccable results. In return for this research, we ask a planning fee for our professional services. We will be thrilled to work with you and craft your ideal itinerary.
Itinerary costs are based on the party size and the complexity of the vacation design.
Full Planning
You want the best possible experience for your travels. Whether this is your first time at your chosen destination or not, you naturally want to fully enjoy your stay. We help you with finding the perfect accommodations in line with your budget, the number of people in your party and your locational preferences.
What we offer is local expertise about your destination. Based on your specific requirements, we recommend the best available villas or other options from which to choose. Finding the best accommodations requires extensive knowledge of locations to identify specific properties that will meet your needs.
Local Concierge Service On Call Or On Site
Additional concierge fees would apply if you choose to have local support during your stay, either by phone or on-site such as if you are booking a villa stay.
